Rail Tech Infraventure Pvt. Ltd. has designed diesel power driven Gantries having capability of lifting and placing 13 to 18 Mtr panel, complete with rails, sleepers & fittings etc. Thus, Rail Tech is now fully geared to participate in majority of these Railway projects and is poised for expansion and modernization by equipping itself with modern construction machinery like Rail Track Construction machines, Rail welding plants, mobile multipurpose cranes, heavy earth moving machineries, etc. to execute the work with speed and qualitatively. The company’s Policies and Objectives are: - “RAIL TECH” strives to remain a trendsetter in its operations to timely execute the allocated works timely in a professional and fail-safe manner not only as a mandatory requirement but for overall benefit of the society.

The “Rail Tech “ is a firm of Railways Contractors, based at Allahabad and doing mainly the Track works spread all over the Indian Railways. M/s RAIL TECH is an off shoot rather a part of its parental concern M/s Ajai Kumar who has got the pride of being the first P. Way Contractor of Northern Railway and obtained the very first contract for Track works awarded to a contractor that was to M/s Ajai Kumar for deep screening work at Manda Road during the year 1983 – 1984. Practically M/s RAIL TECH and M/s AJAI KUMAR both are a joint and one concern for all practical purposes, works and operations. M/s RAIL TECH was inducted about thirteen years back and M/s AJAI KUMAR is in the work field for the last 26 years doing all type track works. A step ahead a company has been formed in the name of Rail Tech Infraventure Pvt. Ltd.

After entering into Northern Railway’s Contractor’s Works, we had executed many important and prestigious jobs such as:-

Sleeper leading, deep screening and insertion of sleepers at Subedarganj, Allahabad .

The most challenging and hilarious job we did was that at Rihand . It was laying of a new line of NTPC Rihand passing through hilly terrain and forests, working conditions were extremely hard but we always maintained a very high spirit and courage and completed the job before time with honour.

Looking our this high efficiency of work in tracks, the NTPC had also awarded us their track maintenance work at Shaktinagar which we continuously did for four years upto 1992 -93.

We were also awarded TRT working by the Northern Railway on the section of Shikohabad – Maripat. We feel happy to see that progress attained by us was just double than what was specified in the same block period during the year 1993 -1995.

TRT working was also done in Moradabad Division with a high efficiency and progress during 1996 – 1997.

The PQRS work in Ferozpur Division from Amritsar to Jalandhar – Kms. A very typical section was also undertaken by us and carried out very successfully.

A similar work we did between Amritsar and Pathankot and there we have attained a big achievement by laying 112 Pannels of 13 Mtrs. each during a block of 6 hours only. This a record of Indian railways sofar added to our BAG of credits.

We may mention here that we have got the capacity of doing PQRS work of about 1 km/day depending upon the availability of material and blocks. We have got the credit of doing 1.456 Km (112 Pannels × 13 mtr. Long in 6 hours block a day) in Ferozpur; this is so far a record in Indian Railways. Our entire working in the Base depot is fully powered and mechanized with self mobile power Gantries. We have also planned to purchase our own PLASSER’S PORTAL SET for speedy, efficient and independent working, relieving the use of Railways Portals.

Lastly, we very humbly have to say that the firm under the able guidance of Mr. Ajai Kumar, a very hard working and dynamic personality with a high competency in Track works is fully devoted to Indian Railways. The firm is fully equipped with all sorts of plants and machinery needed for the works.
