About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance to oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support management in decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting software, statutory filings, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily accounting activities, including vouchers, billing, and journal entries.
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.
  3. Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
  4. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

  6. Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
  2. 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
  3. Proficient in Tally / ERP/ MS Excel.
  4. Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS.
  5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Blast-Less Track (BLT) Engineer to oversee track construction and alignment activities for metro/railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ballastless track systems, QA/QC, and team supervision in a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage ballastless track construction (BLT) at site.
  2. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  3. Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and planning teams for smooth execution.
  4. Conduct alignment checks, pre-pour and post-pour inspections, and documentation.
  5. Lead a team of engineers and supervisors for daily track works.
  6. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requirement forecasts.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 3 years in BLT / track projects).
  3. Preferred Background: Metro / Railway projects, EPC companies, or trackwork contractors.

We are seeking an experienced Manager – HR - IR to lead industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce governance at our Lucknow Office. The role involves managing labor law compliances, workmen compensation, and insurance claims.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead industrial relations and represent the organization before Labour Authorities, Inspectors, Conciliation Officers, and statutory bodies

  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ID Act, Contract Labour, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)

  • Maintain statutory documentation and support audits/inspections

  • Manage workplace accident cases, workmen compensation, and insurance/ESIC claims

  • Support employee welfare initiatives for shop-floor and contractual workforce


Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of HR–IR experience in a Contruction/ industrial/manufacturing setup. 

  • LLB qualification preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and multi-tasking skills
